Separation of seven anions and acetate using IonPac AS14 column

Ion chromatography of anions on a IonPac AS14 column (250×4 mm) using an eluent containing 3.5 mM Na₂CO₃ and 1.0 mM NaHCO₃ in water pumped at 1.2 mL/min at 24 °C. Background reduced to ~15 µS/cm by XAMS suppressor with ASUREX-A100 automatic regenerator. Eluent pumping and conductivity detection by Metrohm 761 Compact IC. Injection of 20 µL of F¯ (5 mg/L), acetate (20 mg/L), Cl¯ (10 mg/L), NO₂¯ (15 mg/L), Br¯, NO₃¯ (25 mg/L), HPO₄²¯ (40 mg/L), SO₄²¯ (30 mg/L) in water.
